2. Intensive Sexual Attitudes Reassessment (SAR) program.
The Sexual Attitudes Reassessment (SAR) that Sexplore with Den Temin offers is an intensive three day workshop that allows participants the opportunity to explore their attitudes, values, and beliefs about sex, sexual behaviours, sexualities, and gender identities in a safe, open, confidential and nonjudgmental environment.
The SAR program is designed as a facilitated journey to promote open, honest self-exploration and understanding in order to reach comfort and self-awareness as the basis for an individual’s personal growth and development in relation to sex, sexualities and gender issues.
On a professional level, the Sexual Attitudes Reassessment program is targeted at participants whose work requires interpersonal relationships in order to provide services to other individuals. We understand that sex, sexual behaviours, sexualities, and gender identities are part of our communities. Being able to comfortably communicate with those we provide services to is integral to our professional practices, and work environments.
In order to be able to comfortably communicate with others it is vital to be able to know ourselves deeply. If we want to delve deep into the roots of our attitudes and values we need to understand our limits, boundaries, and the manner in which we perceive sex, sexual behaviours, sexualities, and gender identities.
